A general structure of the Universe has been considered in this journal. The theory of physical multidimensionality of space with the dimension period equal to 3 has been developed here. The Universe Space is interpreted as the wave potential-kinetic space of matter. This space is considered in unity with the space of time which, with respect to the space of matter, i.e. the material space, is the ideal space. Both spaces are described as wave space fields with their continuous and discontinuous formations. These fields of reality are complemented with the fields-spaces of possibility (probability). The spaces are closely related to outside-the-space fields, i.e. to zero-dimensional spaces. A significant kind of the outside-the-space field, or the unspace ideal field, is the wave material-ideal numerical field, without of which the cognition of the Universe is impossible. On the basis of the last field, the wave nonzero-dimensional spaces of matter and time have been arrived at. The theory of mass and charge developed here as well is based on the notion of exchange. Formulae for calculation of masses and charges of simplest motators are deduced. Any motion is considered as wave process which, in the simple case, is realized by physical points, lines, planes, and volumes. The wave equation of the spherical space of the physical points has been investigated in detail. An analysis of the obtained structures has also been carried out. The physical points have been considered as the atoms of space and time. A sequential series of simplest solutions of the wave equation of space-matter determines the series of atoms of the space. This series repeats, with respect to the atom properties, periodic law of Mendeleev's table revealing intrinsic structure of the atoms. Since the wave equation of the time wave material-ideal space with respect to its form is identical to the wave equation of the material space, therefore, obtained solutions defines both atoms of the space and the atoms of the time space. The intrinsic structure of matter-space-time atoms has made it possible to understand the nature of the "hole" in semiconductors and relevant "hole" conductivity. The theory of the discrete-indiscrete discontinuous-continuous space of matter has also been developed and presented in the above chapter. Along with the quantum, a qual, as its polar opposition or an antipode, has been introduced naturally. Figuratively speaking, the real fields are the fields of quanta and quals.
